Paddle surf (SUP) is accessible to everyone — no previous experience or special fitness is required. In your first lesson you'll already be standing on the water, paddling along the Torrevieja coastline with spectacular views of the Mediterranean cliffs.

We operate at two locations: Playa de La Mata for beginners and families, and Playa de Los Locos for those seeking a wilder setting. Choose your experience and book with no upfront payment.

No. It's one of the easiest water activities to learn. Most people stand up in their first lesson. The calm Mediterranean makes it even simpler.

Yes, basic swimming is recommended. We recommend a life jacket for beginners. Safety is our priority.

Yes, from a young age. Children learn very quickly. For our summer kids programme we have additional supervision with groups of maximum 6.

La Mata is calmer — ideal for learning. Los Locos has cliffs and spectacular scenery — ideal for exploring once you're confident.
